Do not increase P&S shakes doses or you will be constipated

Hi

THis is a common problem I have seen so many times.

People get impatient and increase the doses to quickly and they end up with constipation and in worse condition that at the begining.

Follow the instructions. P&B work but you need to let the body heal. You also need to eat healthier food, increase water consumption, etc.

If you are doing P&B shakes, I recommend to read Dr Jensen's book or Dr. Richar Anderson's website for more information about how to progress with the program.
