Hi! thanks for the replies. Yep, I'm gonna start on 1st April, a great time as, I don't need to bother with counting the days to be sure I'm doing 60. i know that should finish by 30th May.

Well, thanks for the responses. Very interesting one about the butter. So, I could do OK on the butter then, lol. WEll, i think I'll just have to minimize butter/marg intake. I think I'll go with the betolli as it claims to be trans fat free.

It's good to know I can use tap water, boiled, for the tea. It mieans I don't have to mess about when making mum and dad's night time coffee either.

This is great! I already drink a lot of water any now, partly to get into the habit for the colonix but also, I've found it makes a difference to the constipation/IBS that I've suffered from for the last few months.
