Colonix; advice needed
Hi everyone!
Well, I missed the post today as a delivery note was left. Now it means my colonix pack has arrived all the way from America. So, I'll be collecting it tomorrow and will start the cleanse on Friday. Just two things i need to check with people who have done colonix internal.
Firstly; the water that is required for us to drink needs to be filtered/bottled water. Now, is this still the case for the water I'd boil for the Kleri tea? Could I get away with boiling tap water for that? Just wondered what people did with that.
Secondly; I was told that I was not to use any butter or margerine on my bread during the cleanse due to trans fatty acid but, if there was a margerine out there that doesn't contain trans fats, this would be fine.
Now, there is one spread in England called Betolli, used to be known as Olivio, that states on their packets that "this spread contain vertually no trans fats".
I'm sort of puzzled by the word "vertually". How would you interpret that word stated on a pack of marg, or cheese etc?
Did anyone continue just using margerine on their bread during the cleanse?
I think I'm pretty much ready for it now. I'm kind of nervous really, especially about the eating/what food to eat etc. However, i know it needs to be clean food.
Well, any advice would be just great. Thanx :)
