Well, I know I can't just do it once and be done. What I meant was, Do I really need to take it every day, or every other day, or would I get the same sort of results if I did the Oxypowder , say, once or twice a year?
And I'm really trying to ask a legitimate question here. Don't be such a jerk. I never said I was looking for a 'miracle pill,' or a quick fix. And yes, the cost of a gym is too high, which is why I work out at home (which has nothing to do with Oxypowder ). I know a gym (or working out period) is going to help me only if I do it every day or thereabouts. What I don't know is if the Oxypowder is worth it to use it every other day.
If you're just going to jump to the conclusion that I'm lazy and fat, don't bother replying to my questions.
