I think I will stop taking it daily but start taking it every other day only 4 caps though. And after a few days start another cleanse.

I think the reason I feel really good taking it, is because my body needs and loves the oxygen it provides. The germanium is like having extra hemoglobin to help carry oxygen to my cells. Besides I think once my body becomes healthier, meaning once I get most of the toxins out of my system. I think my body will naturally pick up and utilize more oxygen.

You are probably going through a healing crisis. Having headaches is just one of the signs of that.
