There are so many views on every thing that is why I like to put on not just one protocol.
P&B shakes have been popular here and the only one who was not for it was Andreas. But now I have read that MH is not for it either. They both think it might hurt the intestines.
I do know from curezone members that some can't use the PB because they get constipation because they have a dry bodytype. I would think that is true since a lot of people have reacted that way. I think that it was mainly the Vata bodytype according to Ayurvedic medicine.
Based on the different views everyone should figure out what to do. So far Andreas is the only that has mentioned this.
So you question is right, it will be interesting to see if anyone has read about it somewhere else.
