I was just wondering as, on DrNatura website, they do tell you what not to eat however, in some areas they can be a bit vague. There was no mention of excluding wheat and eggs.
So, really what I'm wondering now is; can I eat organic eggs and chesse while on the programme? It seems white meat and fish are acceptable. Now, I take it that the frozen filleted sort that comes from a supermarket would not be a good idea?
Just trying to get an idea in my head on the diet before I start. I wanna start this without any panic as to what to eat, lol. I wanna make this as easy on myself as i can and yet stick to the plan as perscribed.
