Can gas be the reason?

I suffer from what I think is food allergies ; dairy, gluten, onion, corn etc.
Whenever I accidently eat any of the above I instantly get very tired, get panic attacks and start to's like my muscles are weakened and get unstable and my whole body is trembling.

Now, this trembling also happens when I have gas that builds up and needs to be relieved, without having eaten any of the above foods.
It's almost like the gas affects the blood somehow and it feels like my pulse is raising a bit too, although I doubt it is.

Could gas have this effect alone? Since it happens on a normal basis as well? Could my "allergies" just be foods that builds up a large amount of gas when I consume them? The trembling usually stops when gas is relieved. Is it "merely" trapped wind?

thanx for any comments :)
