Also... and this was clarified for me a couple pages ago... Your body is NOT absorbing the magnesium found in the oxygen cleanser. The magnesium is simply used a carrier to get the oxygen into your bowels.
If you are magnesium deficient (and I honestly think most of us are), or if you want to see a general improvment in your BM frequency, I highly suggest supplimenting Magnesium . I am taking between 375 and 500mg a day, and my constipation is completely gone. (I tried to start a cleanse, and just got constipated instead- really not fun). Magnesium tells your body to draw more water into the bowels, therefore making your stool softer and less compacted.
This has allowed me to start my cleanse with a lot better results than I might have achieved otherwise.
