No and yes. Caproil mixed with psyllium is very effective - more effective than just caproil alone, as the psyllium takes it where it will do most good and helps to really push it into the walls of the intestines. Also good would be an enteric coated caproil.
AS for psyllium seeds, yes, they are better than the husks, at least according to my colon hydrotherapist, who used to be the president of the international association of colon hydrotherapists. she has written an article about fiber, which is very interesting, and which I will attach in a follow up message - but the salient part is this:
"At our center, our Herbalist uses the crushed psyllium seed, not the husk, which in turn is both gentler and more effective with fewer side effects. To avoid overdose and experience maximum benefits, psyllium powders and Bentonite should be integrated with colonic treatments."
