hi edwin, congrats on your awesome sucess. i started Sonne's #7 and #9 last night. can i ask how many times a day are you supposed to take it? i've had both products for several weeks now,and your post inspired me to actually start. like you, i eat a fairly healthy diet, but love junk food. (especially famous amos cookies, and breyers ice cream) i am trying to cut them both out while i cleanse, as i know it will make a tremendous difference. i'm 42 yrs old. i have allergies (chemical) and mild Acne for many years, both results of a toxic colon, i suppose. i'm wondering if i should try to fast for a day or two to get myself going in a good direction. anyway, keep up the good work and thanks for the inspiration. peenut
