Re: epsom salt??

Well, this Epsom Salt issue has been raised quite a bit in the last few days!

I can only say that here, in Canada (I think yemaya also said this) I've used both kinds of Epsom Salts . I've used the stuff from the health food store that says 'for external and internal use' AND I've used the stuff from Shopper Drug Mart that says "for hot tubs, baths, external use only" !! Brave or....?

Well...they look EXACTLY the same...there is NO scent and both boxes said 'pure magnesium sulphate'....so I took 'em and they were fine.

I guess, if you go for the 'external use only' ones (if they're scented then don't take 'em!) before knowing what 'internal use' ones taste like...you'll probably think you're being poisoned!! So you might want to try the other ones first. Believe me, it tastes pretty crazy...but if you mix it with organic apple juice it goes down just fine...

Hope I haven't confused the issue even more!
