Today is my 8th day and I finally felt stronger today. :-) I went to the gym and did a full workout, lifted and walked for 20 minutes rather than run. Didn't want to overkill. I've been doing yoga every other day but today was my first day back at the gym. I feel great and I'm looking forward to completing the Master-Cleanse successfully. I think once you make it this far, you know you'll make it the 10 full days. Its too close not to get to the end. I'm looking forward to my OJ and Wed!! I have a question though, do most people follow the recovery that is suggested? The OJ, soup the 2nd day and veggies the third day? I'm going to one of my favorite sushi restaurants on Friday and I would love to eat some sushi but I'm curious to see what kind of effect it would have. My body should be ok, I eat sushi at least once a week but wanted to take precaution. If need be, I'll just eat veggies but I just might have to have an order ;-)
