Here is my suggestion of having to RUN FOR THE BATHROOM at work (I've been working through this whole thing as well). First thing in the morning, I have my P&B shake. I have my first juice when I get to work since you shouldn't have anything for at least one hour after the shake. I take another shake in the evening when I get home and right before I go to bed, I have my laxative tea. I've gone every morning and I do go to the bathroom alot during the day but I'm not having to make a run. :-) Good luck!
