Do salt flush or tea NOT both. Start tea in evening until you figure out how your body works (till you have a BM). This takes a few days to sort out.

My sister did the tea, day 1 10 hours, day 2 12 hours, day 3 no BM, day 4 8 hours/huge load. If you don't go at all by the 3rd day, also take tea in the morning (so about 12 hours apart), take as strong as you can (steep for 10 min or more).

I did the salt flush for the entire 12 days. By day 2, it was like clock work. After downing the whole salt soln (SS) 45 min later BM#1 and within the next 45 min 3 more BMs, then I was done.
I ended up trying out the tea during my parasite cleanse, I find the SS more thorough. Either way you're still clearing out.
