Glad to hear that you are hopp'in around and teaching the young cubs how to do things. You sound great! Keep it up. I am so much more alive on this Cleanse than at any other time and I wonder how I could stay on this all the time. Today I am Day 33 and feeling fantastic! Good to read your posts L'il Bear.
