SO MANY DIFFERENT TYPES OF CLEANSING!!!

Since I've found this site, I've learned about many different types of cleansing. I can't even imagine trying to drink olive oil, (I tried once before and started vomiting uncontrollably!). I'm wondering if Master-Cleanse will do the job without having to do the other cleanses. Does anyone know what The Master Cleanser will substitute? all of the cleanses? What other cleanses are necessary after this cleanse besides the liver cleanse b/c I CAN NOT drink olive oil. Tweet
