Hi Tracey!
I thank you for your wise comments and advice. I have gone to the site and printed off the pages for my evening read. I have planned on a liver, intestinal and Colon Cleanse also but do not know whether to do this after my Master-Cleanse is over or during for best results. I have targeted 40 days minimun for this cleanse and it will depend on what happens with this blasted Rheumatoid Arthritis that I have in my fingers. I am very optimistic and spiritual minded and this Master-Cleanse forces me to think about myself so hopefully with the internal help and the Master-Cleanse I CAN make a difference! I really appreciate your words of advice and will certainly let you know of my progression.
