i have heard that patrick flanagan's supplement called microhydrin is taken by climbers who tackle mt. everest, and that it helps them stay clear headed and energized in teh oxygen starved atmosphere up there.

flanagan bascially figured out how to bond hydrogen to silicon. you may want to try it. you can just google it, there are many many websites that sell it. Tweet
