Really you should have Ozone water 40 minutes at least before food and 2.5 hours after food. Dr.Batmanghelidj gives a similar protocol for drinking water before and after. If you take water whilst your still digesting it will weaken the digesting and cause the food to last even longer. Now also take note that Meats and Dairy which people shouldn't be eating can last 4.5 hours or more.
You can take Anti-Oxidants which I prefer to call Electron givers or Free Radical Scavengers. Dr.Saul Pressman has good information on this. It doesn't work quite the way people expect and to be honest you would be dead if so called Anti-oxidants did work as they claim if large amounts were taken as we do here.
