Hey two replies a day....
Not bad at all, thanks for responding so quickly, I happen to logue back on twice after you replied.
Anyhow, no HP for the past month or longer...I just stoped cold turkey. I think I went up as much as 8drops once a day, although, I think it might have been more b/c I never measured it just tried to drop it in water as slowly as possible.
Interesting take on the liver flushes....way to go. You are so brave, trying all that combos and doing it so often and taking the risk of what might go wrong. Pardon my run-on sentences...just very anxious, excited.
when I did the first flush, I had about a 1/2 medium pinapple and a 1/2 medium papaya and about 1000ml water and fasted for about 2hrs but followed the other directions faily closely and had over 200stones. I was fasting and doing enemas daily though.
The second flush I even had an extra tblsp of epsom with a cup more water and drank every hour. I think like you said, it has to be on an empty stomach and some type of enema to lessening the old pouch content made a major difference this time. I was a bit constipated for about two days ago and I had more BM out than stones this time around.
Well, I'm having a hard time with the zapper too. How does it work. does it zap the bacs dizzy so that they weaken and one's immune system goes in for the kill and how does one know if effective or not? what's the research on it? If it does work, I think I would rather use it than take HP at least for now. You are right I do need to read more on it. I have a list of sites you provided before which I chedked out on a couple of them. I think I stopped taking HP and CS b/c I was not seeing real result with the wound healing or bad breath and felt I would have to take them for ever and that was scary. Even for me.
I just now started to use castor oil topically on my nose and sinus area and immediatly felt a odd sensation....I'd like to think its starting to work and heal the wound. What do you know about castor oil.
You know what Tim, I think its hard to tell what exactly works and by how much unless one is doing only one treatment at a time. I think its a combination of all the things we do including diet changes and vitamin and suppliments, exercise and peace of mind etc that all combine to give us better health. As much as I would like to get to my optimal health level by the mid of next month, I know deep down that it takes time. A daily or even hourly conscious efforts to various aspects of life to make that happen. NO QUICK FIXES ROSBUD. I think if I can just get that, I will be so much better off at least for the long term. How about you Tim? How is your health now and what improvements have you made?
