To Tracey - Re: L&G flush without pain

Tracey, There seems to have been several lately that have done the liver and gallbladder flush that have had pain. Don't you think so? Seems like I read somewhere you have done your flush after a 2 or 3 day apple fast. I have also read that apples will soften stones so that they can pass.
