Hi Terry...I'm from Canada too, (Victoria) where are you from?

I have done 4 Liver Flushes and haven't taken any ornithine or anything to help me sleep.

I have found that going to bed when I'm super super tired is the best way to fall asleep...and I've never had a problem sleeping. If I feel any nausea at all, it's usually in the morning.

Unless you're an insomniac probably won't have a problem. Many people don't take ornithine, so don't worry.
