Heavens, I didn't cut back to 0 carbs! I would be extremely hungry indeed! I've been limiting my overall daily intake to somewhere in the neighborhood of 300 grams per day. I needed a starting point so I used the FDAs recommendation. Cutting out the Mountain Dew accounted for most of it, lol. Limiting pasta, rice and potatoes and increasing fruits and vegetables accounts for the rest of it. I don't feel deprived at all.
