Please let me know if you know any thing about "primal defens"(BY Dr.Jordan Rubin)
In his book he wrote that the bacteria in this formular are not separated from the substence they were grown on .And for this reason they have quite a bit of endurance and can settle in the gut easily even if taken by mouth.
IS Primal defense still much better to take with enema?
