Can wallnut+cloves+and wormwood kill my good bacteria

Hello,

I 'am doing parasites cleanse and probiotics at the same time .
It seems to have already helped me dramaticly . But I am still not sure whether I should seporate taking probiotics(primal defense by Dr.Jordan Rubin) and parasite cleanse(wallnut+wormwood+cloves) in time not to spoil the settling of good bacteria.
Please help.
