not sure which worked best,they both worked excellent...dr.clark cleanse and paragone...i started with the dr.clark cleanse but the paragone is definately easier to take as i dont have to cap the herbs or keep track on the doses. i find it a lot less expensive too. paragone already has all the ingredients in it.
