Re: enema info please?

Lots of good info so far, BUT, let me help, too.

First, never hang the bag too high. Two or three feet above your hips is the most you'll need.

Second, I never worried about tap water; filtered couldn't hurt.

Third, as far as solutions go, you can get a soap that's made for enemas in these cute little packages. I've tried them all as far as mixes go and the only thing that you need from what you've said is a teaspoon of Sea Salt and a teaspoon of baking soda pere bagfull. mix in a cup separately and add about halfway then top off. This will insure everything is mixed.

Forth, Don't worry about being awkward asking for equipment. They've got it and they sell it. Remember, they want to sell medicine and also the enema is a lost home remedy that has been around about five thousand years. Get your equipment , go home and keep your business to yourself.

Fifth, too, much of anything is not good. Once you are clear, use as needed. To get clear use one a day for three days or so. After that, if you think it is for you, set aside an enema day once a week. That is what many people do to clense and detoxify.

Lotsaluck buddy, I know just how you feel and how people make you feel,
