Colema Vs. Colonic &enema question

Can someone explain the difference between a colema and a colonic? Thanks

Also---I'm confused as to which is most effective--sea salt enema, regular enema or colonic. I thought the colonic covered the entire distance of intestins but I think I then read somewhere that it only goes 5 feet and the Sea Salt enema covers everything. Thanks! Tweet
