Re: Finished Parasite Cleanse and.......

Hi Birdie!

Most parasites are microscopic...just because you don't see them doesn't mean you don't have them...and not seeing anything during a parasite cleanse doesn't mean that it's not working. Die-off can effect you in all sorts of ways...including emotionally or mentally...depression, anxiety, foggy thinking, difficulty remembering things, trouble concentrating, etc. A ten day cleanse may not be sufficient, though. You may want to check out Clarkia , Old Amish Dewormer or ParaGone...and possibly consider zapping. Also consider a thorough colon cleanse...read through the posts on this forum for more info. Whatever you do...proceed slowly and make sure that you are eliminating regularly so that you are getting toxins out as rapidly as possible. Remember that trauma also causes a lot of toxicity... the stress response causes a cascade of toxic chemicals in the body. There is no blame for using medication if it helps you get through a difficult time...it may help to buffer some of the unpleasant effects of the cleanses so that you can continue to make healthy changes that will enable you to do without the medication in time. Just hang in there...you will get better!
