Don't know if this will help but....
I'm on what would have been day 6 for me but I decided at the end of Day 4 to drop out of my MC. I'm still eating ok, and drinking the lemonade mostly as I intend to get back into the fast pretty quicly.
I didn't have so many pains, some back aches like I slept funny or something. My symptoms were much more of a psychological nature in that I was mad, grumpy, sad, lethargic, you see shere this is going. My husband, who is very skeptical of most things "out of the ordinary" told me if this is how I'm going to be then I needed to quit this fasting right away. That's not why I wound up quitting but it's not exactly encouraging either.
I also didn't hve any earth shattering results in my four BIG days on the
Master-Cleanse - I tend to expect everything to work faster for me because I'm not very patient.
I'm saying all this to say that if you can hang in there and distract yourself from what your mind is telling you the need to eat food will go away. As for your physical symptoms if you just go out for a 15 minute walk it very likely will get things moving pronto - walk in circles around your block or your yard if you have to - don't get caught too terribly far from the potty just in case.
Above all, know that the people here are very supportive and I know what it's like to post and then wait for some response and it doesn't come quickly enough. You are doing good on your path to cleansing and I admire that you have been able to stick it out this far. Most people don't even attempt to do this for their bodies so you have taken very big steps on your way to being in a better physical and mental place.
