Hi Ali ... hmm, maybe I got the instructions mixed up with another product? I was under the impression that you had to keep upping your dosage until you experienced diarrhea and then reduce by one pill. I guess I shouldn't need 10 if I just am supposed to wait until I can have 1-3 bowel movements ...
