This has happened to me also for whatever reason and I had to actually wait until the next Monday to begin again with renewed fever and gusto which I have to have to begin and succeed.
For me, it is such a mental test! My advice: hang in there if you can but if it is totally repugnant to you then hold off for a few days until you have coached yourself into it again.
