Re: How do I raise my HDL?

Hi. I would look at getting off statin drugs if on them because it interfers with your liver to product CoQ10 which gives your cell cellular energy and people are starting to die of statin drugs. If you are taking a statin make sure you supplement with CoQ10! One way of raising your HDL and keeping your cholesterol numbers low is by taking coldpress flaxoil mixed iwth cc or kifer milk. Also take Fishoil or codliver oil both high in EPA/DHA take about 1 tbsp through the day and you will see your numbers change and stay low without statins but you need to go off the statins slowing. Its something to look into.

I have known a few people taking shaklee Cholesterol Complex and raised HDL by 30percent in 3months verified by clinical studies and wont interfer with body to produce Coq10 but you don't want to take both this and a statin but you can take the omega3 flax or fishoil which people don't get in their diets.
