Try full Bowel Cleanse + parasites cleanse + liver cleanse protocol with improved diet.
Also try using Clarkia tincture (sbherbalremedies.com) directly on the pilonidal cyst. Also, try using Plantain (Plantago Major) tincture directly on the skin.
