I usually freeze the pulp, THEN, add the honey&nuts etc. The champion has a blank instead of a screen to make sorbets. If I use the screen ,and seperate the juice, the pulp is dryer (of course). Sometimes I use the solid blank and buy frozen berry packages. ( I like the one with frozen Raspberries, cherries, blueberries and strawberries). I then run it through the champion and make a sorbet . This can be frozen on sticks or in bulk. then add the condiments.
One final idea. The frozen pulp can be added to a blender (we have a Vita Mixer), then add a little ice then add some good apple cider type juice and mix. You can use honey or steviea to sweeten....ummmmmmm..good...wishing you health...Bill
