Re: Moons and tides

During the waxing phase of the moon fluids begin to gather in the body and tissue formation is on the increase. Ther eis a building of strength but a reduced abilty to eliminate waste matter from the body. This is a time when it is best not to overeat because food is not processed as efficiently. All this peaks during the three days of fullmoon, especially on full moon day. The brain holds more water on full moon day than on any other day. Hence, many people feel irritable, aggressive, even violents. Police stations record more cases of crime and accidents around full moon.

During the waning phase of the moon, the body is inclined to letting go of old structures and impurities, and one is getting leaner again. The body can handle heavier food items more easily during this time. Menstruation should co-incide with New Moon, ovulation with full moon. If reversed, women may suffer PMT.It is best to have dental work done during the waning moon, and if possible, liver cleanses as well. Some people don't get stones out when they flush on full moon day.

With kind regards
Andreas
