In your book It's Time to Wake Up you present a powerful meditation technic called "Conscious Breathing". I gave it a try it had very strong effect on me. I practice TM for years and I was thought that it is the most natural technic. I wonder why I felt myself better than during TM. Since you were practicing TM as well what similarities and differences do you see between "Conscious Breathing" and TM? Why is breating left out from TM?
It is also interesting that Vivekananda thought "Conscious Breating" as the first step of a pranayama exercise that helps to raise one's Kundalini(http://www.vivekananda.org/archivedReadings.asp The Control of Psychic Prana). After practicing the breathing one can start to think the word "Om" in the rithm of breathing. Can you comment on this also please?
