Could removal of gallbladder cause high blood pressure?

My sister had her gallbladder removed several years ago and around the same time had a baby. Since then she has had high blood pressure. I'm wondering if the gallbladder removal has anything to do with the high blood pressure? Her Dr. says that because of the
caesarian section her ograns could now be pressing against her kidneys and that might have something to do with it.

What do you think?
