i started using 3lac 3weeks ago...
it seems to be working fine, but i am
curious as to why it contains "refined yeast powder"
the diet i am following (for candida) is Sugar free,
yeast free, vinegar free, etc.
can anyone tell me how this product is not
in contractiction with the diet protocol ?
