I have a quick comment, for a while I had a white coating on my tongue that I could scrape off. I stopped drinking soda and started drinking a lot of water. It started to taste so good and I craved it and just couldn't stop. I weighed in at about 150 lbs., and dropped about 10 pounds in two weeks. But the thing that I was happiest about was that my tongue returned to a pink color. Sure, there is still some white, but overall the look is pink. I too was going to suggest Chinese medicine, but it looks like somebody beat me too it. I don't know if you have to see an acupuncturist though, but I would definately say to consult with a Chinese doc if you are concerned.
