Re: apple cider vinegar

A most knowledgeable guy on candida and fungal infections is Doug Kauffman (http://www.iknowthecause.com) and he says that raw apple cider vinegar is very good for killing yeast, because it forms malic acid in our bodies which is not a friendly atmosphere for yeast. I know that many people on Doug's board talked about having strong die off from using ACV, just one teaspoon in a glass of water to start working your way up to 1 tablespoon. I know I have used it in my psyllium and Bentonite shakes. ACV gave me a lot of nasal drainage that drove me crazy so I pretty much use Caprylic Acid, Olive Leaf and Oregano oil.

Happy candida cleansing!!!
