Ok here goes some more info.
My diet is a high protein, low fat diet. I am not over or underweight, as I weight 186lb and I am 6.1" tall.
My diet had been kind of the same for the past 2 years that I've been living alone. I take protein shakes 2 or 3 times a day, I eat tuna from the can, turkey and cheese sandwich, and for lunch I have some frozen meal at work.
I guess I should drink more water than what I drink. I will start drinking more.
What else can I do? What about the vitamim B5 and the other treatments I wrote on the first post?
What kind of greens and fruits should I add to my diet?
Should I stop of the creams I've been using?
