RE: IF #1

Hello!

First time posting but had a question. Have had sluggish bowels for years and years. Had Breast Cancer at age 27 (am 35 now). Did not have to do chemo or radiation because cancer was in 0 stage. My whole life suffered from severe cramping during menstruation along with blue feelings 2 or 3 times a year. Feeling a lot better this past year because I am taking a lot of different holistic products along with being really vigilant about taking good care of myself. I am juicing a few times a day, only organic food, distilled water, excercise 3 times a week, pretty clean living!

Problem...because my bowels very seldom work on their own, was taking IF#1 (2 at night) and experienced horrible hemmoroids and after taking it for about 1 month, starting getting skipped heart beats. I stoppped taking it and the heart still skips on occasion. My question is ....has anyone else had this problem with skipped heart beats and hemmoroids (bad) and skin eruptions are pretty bad. Also, IF #2 constipated me so bad, I had to stop.
