When you say you do one monthly is that a salt/soda or salt??? Can you put primal defense in the water? I am having a real problem finding anything that doesn't constipate me. I did my firs colonic and it was deemed unsuccessful! She couldn't ge much out but I did pass a bunch of guck afterwards. Drank salt water this morning and nothing has happened. Just drank juice yesterday and today. Only have bought "fresh pressed". I don't know if I have time to do the Raw thing.
