No colonics here - anyone know of a reliable practitioner in the Reno area?

Unfortunately - no colonics available where we live! I may have to wait till spring, when I am in the Reno area.

I think I will do the coconut oil again. Had to leave the bottle in hot water for a while, till the solid melted - and I had two tbsp followed by a lot of water.

Today 2 x 8-10 inch ropes - looked just like the pictures. Oh, at night I have been drinking a large smooth move + detox tea - I think it is all adding up now. . .I hope. Just want this done int 3 weeks. . . .
