That's true. There is a vast a amount of knowledge that we humans haven't even touched on. But macro-evolution is not true to me. And yes, bc God said so in Genesis 1. However, there are many scientific discoveries that's been made and I applaud that. I have nothing against Science per se, but some things are just false, and they have the audacity to shove it in our faces as if it's proven and real.

God, btw, has been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt. 1) The prophesies in the OT came true in the NT. The Pope or no one else could have orchestrated the fulfillment of those prophesies. 2)Jesus of Nazareth is a real person; he is recorded not only in the bible, but also in the Koran, Greek literature, and Roman literature. 3)The miracles that's happened to people who have come to know and love Him, including myself is undeniable.
