Sorry to burst your bubble, but consciousness is not the same as thought. Thought is but one aspect of consciousness...there are others.

Also, that there are various densities of energy does not lead to the conclusion that 'God' created the Universe. There are religions that adhere to these principles of energy that do not believe in 'God'...Buddhists and Daoists are two examples. Their cosmologies do not include some intentional master plan by any deity.
