In my first statement I said the "stones" we see are not in that "form" in the liver i.e -they are liquid, not clumped together.

Asking for a study is a bit rich coming from a cholestrol stone believer.

I think doctors and surgeons, as possibly stupid as they are, would notice thousands of stones inside the liver at some point during surgery or autopsy. To assume they ignore them purposely is delusional.
