Re: Don't understand liver flush?

i just finished that one this morning and it worked like a charm. in fact, it was the best flush so far(#7). in fact, i was able to determine that a lot of what i got out was stuff i keep putting back in with my coffee and cream habit. still getting old stones out too. i feel great.

i will tell you this. 1. you cant do a better thing for your health so quickly and easily and cheaply. nothing beats it. 2. the benefit far outways the discomfort of drinking the epsoms salts(eewww). 3. you will be shocked at what comes out and thank god it is not in there any more. 4. the sense of relief from the loss of stress on your liver and entire system will make you giddy with delight. 5. you wont get the hang of it and start getting comfortable with it and look forward to it until about the third one you do. and 5. follow the directions exactly except the next day, DONT neglect the Epsom Salts no matter how much you want to skip them(they are your friend, believe me) and drink plenty of water between the doses of ES. you want to flush that stuff OUT and not reabsorb any of it. you will feel yucky if that happens.

good luck and dive. go tothe support forum for asking support questions. this one is more for debate, the main one being are the stones coming from the liver or manufactured in the gut from the olive oil. trust me, they come from the liver. Tweet
